Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Tanzey Health Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (BC1594532) and based in Kelowna, British Columbia. In these terms, Tanzey, we, and us mean Tanzey Health Inc., and you means the person using this site. By using tanzeyhealth.com, joining the waitlist, or using the biological age estimate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is a pre-launch site. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a product, and no product or subscription can be bought here. We are building a consumer health and wellness platform, and this site exists so that people who are interested can register that interest and hear from us when it opens. Anything we say here about future features, timing, pricing, or availability is a statement of current intention and can change.

Who can use it

You must have reached the age of majority in your province, territory, state, or country to use this site. The site is not directed at children. If you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a pre-order, or a guarantee of access. We may invite people from the waitlist to a pilot programme or to early access in whatever order and on whatever criteria we think are right at the time, and we may decline to invite anyone. Places in any pilot are limited. We may close, pause, or restart the waitlist at any point.

You are responsible for giving us an email address you control and can receive mail at. If you no longer want to hear from us, every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

The biological age estimate

The estimate is for general information and interest only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. It is a short questionnaire that produces a rough, educational figure from the answers you type in. It does not measure anything about your body, it is not calibrated against a clinical standard, and it is not the scoring used in the Tanzey product.

Do not use the estimate to make decisions about your health. Never delay seeking medical advice, disregard advice you have been given, or start or stop any treatment, medication, diet, or exercise programme because of a result you saw here. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your result depends entirely on the answers you give, and we cannot check whether they are accurate. We make no promise that the result is accurate, meaningful for you personally, or repeatable.

How you may use the site

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not submit an email address that is not yours, submit false information at scale, try to gain access to parts of the site or its systems that are not open to you, interfere with how it runs, scrape or harvest it by automated means, attempt to reverse engineer how the estimate is scored, or copy any part of it for a competing product. We may block access or remove entries if we think this section is being broken.

Our intellectual property

The Tanzey name, the Tanzey logo, the design of this site, and its text, graphics, and code belong to Tanzey Health Inc. or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. An application for the TANZEY trademark is on file with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. You may view and share the site as you normally would, but you may not copy, republish, or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.

Privacy

How we handle the information you give us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Other people's sites and services

This site relies on third party providers for hosting, storage, email, and measurement, and it may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of anyone else, and a link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we provide it on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure against every possible threat.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tanzey Health Inc., its directors, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything on it, including the biological age estimate. Our total liability for any claim connected with this site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Changes

We may change these terms as the company and the product develop. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree that the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own place of residence where the law gives you that right.
